Once made, I will always ship via Special Delivery to ensure that your product gets to you safely

      In the situation that you are unhappy with your product, please contact me as soon as possible.  As the majority of my products are made to your exact specification I do not issue refunds however I will do everything I can to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.  That involves a two way conversation and honesty from both parties.  I will not refund any deposit or personalised pieces.
